Research and image generation
The workspace identifies the provider before submission. Qianwen AI uses maas.qianwenaiapi.com; Alibaba Cloud uses its DashScope API. Extraction sends your summary for the Qwen text model; image generation sends the confirmed description, labels, relationships and visual instructions for Qwen-Image-3.0. With Qianwen AI, its gateway receives these inputs before model processing, and its processing and retention terms also apply. The model name does not establish the gateway’s processing region or retention policy. We do not publish inputs or store their original text in task records. Submit only content you are authorized to share with the displayed provider, including any gateway; obtain your institution’s permission for confidential research.
Image storage and retention
From 15 October 2026, newly generated account images are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 for 30 days, on both free and paid plans. Task records contain an input hash, status, model, accounting details and a storage reference, not the original input text. Viewing and downloading require the owning account. Access stops at the displayed expiry; scheduled cleanup then removes images and result metadata. Account deletion also queues stored images for removal. Task and credit records remain where needed for account history and accounting. Older results retain their original expiry and may use temporary provider links, accessible to anyone who obtains them. Expired images cannot be recovered. Provider processing and retention remain governed by its terms; we do not promise zero provider retention or exclusion from training.
Accounts and payments
We store account details, sessions, support requests and transaction records to provide the service. Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider. Authentication cookies are required for signed-in features. Optional analytics, if enabled, operate on public pages.
Your choices
You can manage sessions and request account deletion from your account. Required transaction records may remain after profile deletion. Contact support with privacy or data access requests.
