Try the free plan before buying. Credit purchases are generally non-refundable, including unused credits, accidental purchases or dissatisfaction with a generated result. Generation incurs computing costs. Billing errors, non-delivery and exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refund policyNew verified accounts receive 5 trial credits, valid for 30 days from registration. After the trial, claim 2 credits per UTC calendar month on this page. Monthly credits expire at month-end; they do not roll over or overlap with the trial. Previously issued credits keep their original expiry.
All research tools share credits. Each successful generation costs 1 credit; regenerating costs another credit. Failures and downloads are free. Generated drafts need scientific review.
Purchased credits never expire. New images are saved for 30 days on every plan, including Free. Download important files before they expire.
